Bao is an English VTuber who debuted on 30 Bao recipe 2020. She is now under United Talent.

Prior to this, she made music under the name Hikaru Station, reflected in her social media accounts. Bao was born from seafoam and is a long-lived whale deity and to her knowledge, the last of her kind. She had explored all the oceans and lived through many wars. As a result, she was very lonely and longed for someone to listen to her voice. Bao is incredibly kind, giving genuine compliments to others.

In addition, she shows a passion for puns and an attunement to the culture of the internet and her fandom, often conversing with members of her Discord. In her debut, she states that hayamafair designed her to be “free and enthusiastic, like a playful little spirit of the ocean”. Bao first teased her Live2D model on Twitter on 30 September 2020. On 11 August 2020, she announced that she was verified on Youtube. Bao’s model was drawn by hayamafair with the help of arucelli and was rigged by Brian Tsuii. Her goals as of 30 October 2020 are to make a full original album, conquer her stage fright and be happy.

On 26 August, due to some reasons, she changed some of account names from hikarustation to bao or baovtuber. On 23 February, Bao reached 200,000 followers on her Twitch channel. On 30 May, she debuted her chibi model. On 20 June, she reached 300,000 followers on Twitch channel. On 10 July, she debuted on space. On 3 September, she debut her new 4.

0 model, released her new lore and also did her first uncapped subathon. On 4 September, she released her new original song “Citrus Love. On 20 June, she announced that she would be appearing in “Vidcon” which would be held from 22 to 26 June 2022. Her official Discord is called Bao’s Comfy Cove.
