Cheeseburger bake
If you want to make burgers for anything more than four people, consider this incredibly easy casserole instead. It’s hearty, delicious, and a way easier than flipping a dozen patties on cheeseburger bake grill. How do I make a cheeseburger casserole? First of all, there are no patties to form or flip.
All you need to do is cook some ground beef in a skillet with some onion, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, relish and mustard. Then throw it in a large baking dish, cover it with crescent dough, and bake it until golden. This sauce is our copycat version of the Big Mac special sauce. You’ll need: mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet paprika.
You could use Dijon mustard, for a slightly fancier vibe. And the apple cider vinegar can be swapped for white vinegar instead. Let us know how it went in the comment section below! In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until slightly softened, 2 minutes.
Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, 8 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Transfer hamburger mixture into a small rectangular baking dish.
