Create wonderfully cooked sweet potato fries in an air fryer using very little oil. Put in a bowl, drizzle over the potato cakes air fryer and give them a good toss to coat.
Cook, in batches, in a single layer in your air fryer basket at 180C for around 10-15 mins, until lightly golden, giving a little shake or toss after 5 mins.
