Who are we and what do we offer? The Meadows Farm Village is an interactive animal experience for all the family to enjoy. We are situated on Gypsy Lane, Groeswen, Cardiff CF15 7UN. We specialise in offering a unique experience to interact with a mixture of farm animals. Our animal family includes meerkats, raccoon dogs, wallabies, reindeer, rabbits, guinea pigs, turkeys, chickens, ducks, peafowl, geese, swans, donkeys, alpacas, horses, cows, sheep, micro pigs, pygmy goats and emu. The Meadows spans over 21 acres, providing opportunities for not just animal interaction but opportunities for a natural county side experience linking to forest schools and the current National Curriculum for schools. Please note: Any walk-ins when our bookings are at full capacity will have to be turned away. There are two covered marquees just in case of rainfall or if the extra shade is needed. There are plenty of outside picnic tables and benches to enjoy your picnic and relax. We also have covered petting areas where you can cuddle guinea pigs, stroke rabbits and poultry and fuss our pygmy goats and micro pigs. The farm paths are gravel and stone with all-terrain buggies and prams being beneficial. Bar Our coffee shop is open serving drinks, snacks, meals, Joes Ice creams, crepes and lovely cakes.
